Washington Health Benefit Exchange
With a mission to radically improve how Washingtonians secure health insurance through innovative and practical solutions, the Washington Health Benefit Exchange turned to Kite to develop a toolkit of materials targeted to limited English-speaking residents for partners to leverage at individual sites. It was essential that the materials were less reliant on text, easy to connect with, and could be leveraged by partner organizations. The toolkit gained national recognition when it was featured as an example of communications that make it easier for consumers to digest complex information.
